Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Interior Design team, ensuring quality outputs and timely delivery.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to align designs with client needs and budgets.
- Join client meetings and provide technical/design support.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, company standards, and design trends.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular activity reports.
Work Conditions
- Office-based with site and production visits.
- May require extended hours to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4–5 years’ design experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
