Role:
Managing your own caseload of mainly corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements.Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including creditors, directors and solicitors.Preparation of statutory documents and compliance with relevant insolvency legislation.Reporting to and supporting the Insolvency Practitioner and senior management.Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
