Duties & Responsibilities
Our busy client in the Logistics industry is looking for a Senior Import Controller to join their growing team. The minimum requirements include:
- Matric
- Receipt of Documents / Shipping Instructions
- Monitoring documents and requests from Clients and Head Office and acting accordingly
- Requesting original documents timeously
- Prepare and complete every file for invoicing, ensuring customer documents are delivered on time
- Ensuring that files are invoiced out according to rate profiles
- Raising of Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Assisting with any Logistics calculations on Import Shipments
- Following a quote system and saving all quotes on the network for easy access
