Senior HR Advisor

Role: Senior HR Advisor - 12 month Fixed Term

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide an HR advisory service to the Practice Groups and Business Services through the management of effective HR administration, consultation and influence.

Key Dimensions

• Supporting approximately 220 employees across the practice groups and business teams alongside the rest of the Singapore HR team.
• All employees are based in the Singapore office.

Key responsibilities and challenges

1. Headcount and business planning

• Consult with practice group leaders and managers to understand and identify business and headcount needs and to input on the HR element of strategic business plans.
