Senior HR Advisor Colombia — Payroll & Compliance Lead

Generation Colombia is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead compliant HR operations in Bogotá. This role manages the full employee lifecycle, ensuring payroll coordination and compliance with Colombian law.

Ideal candidates will have HR Generalist experience in Colombia and strong knowledge of labor law, as well as fluency in Spanish and advanced English. This is a 1-year fixed-term position with an opportunity for extension based on funding.
