Senior Gen AI Engineer

**What you will bring:**

+ 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI development
+ 2+ years of Generative AI application development experience
+ Demonstrated expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI agent systems
+ Experience architecting RAG solutions with advanced and complex retrieval strategies
+ Experience working with image analysis and visual reasoning models
+ Deep understanding of LLM evaluation, testing, and quality assurance methodologies
+ Experience implementing responsible AI practices, including safety, bias mitigation, and governance
+ Strong system design and architectural skills
+ Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS
+ Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
