Vacancy Description
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Node.js backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data pipelines that power clinical or healthcare workflows.
- Own database schema design, query optimization, and data integrity across relational (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) stores.
- Implement and maintain authentication, authorization, audit logging, and data security practices aligned with HIPAA / GDPR requirements.
- Write self-documenting, handoff-ready code — clear naming, inline comments explaining non-obvious decisions, and consistent structure so another engineer can pick up your work mid-project without needing to ask you anything.
