Senior Full-Stack (back-end oriented) Developer/Architect, COE (remote)

We are looking for a Senior Back-end (Node.js) Developer/Architect with strong experience in healthcare software development, backend architecture design, and cloud platforms. The role combines hands‑on engineering with architectural decision‑making and participation in discovery and presales activities.

Must have

• 6+ years of experience in backend or full‑stack development
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience designing backend architectures and APIs
• Hands‑on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience developing Healthtech software
• Understanding of sensitive data handling practices (PII / PHI)
• Familiarity with FHIR or HL7 healthcare interoperability standards
• Experience integrating with EHR / EMR systems
• English proficiency — Upper‑Intermediate or higher
