About the role & team
Location: Barcelona.
The Financial Services team owns the systems that move money across our platform, including subscriptions, payments, invoices, and payroll.
What will be your impact
- Design and build experiences for subscriptions and billing, including recurring revenue and payment set‑up.
- Develop member‑to‑studio payment flows, passes, compliance, and payment processing.
- Create teacher payroll systems to enable studios to manage compensation at scale.
- Handle invoicing, refunds, disputes, compliance, and cash management.
- Support international expansion by adapting products to local payment regulations and financial requirements.
- Lead a major back‑office revamp using new technologies, a fresh foundation, a design system, and modern frontend patterns.
