Senior Final Test Engineer – ATE & High-Volume

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a skilled Test Application Engineer to support Final Test operations in a high-volume semiconductor environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining stable test performance and resolving production test issues.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong hands-on experience with ATE systems is essential to ensure consistent product quality.
