Senior Facility Maintenance Technician

The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations, maintenance, and reliability of facility systems across a diverse portfolio. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, and helps drive a proactive, best-in-class maintenance culture focused on equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who is comfortable leveraging technology to manage maintenance activities and improve system performance.
