The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for:
People
- Directly manage key operational roles of the site.
- Provide leadership to the facilities team.
- Ensure direct reports deliver measurable goals in line with account strategy.
- Mentor and enable training and development of direct reports and the wider facilities team.
- Nurture an environment conducive to good teamwork, co‑operation, and diversity among colleagues.
- As a people manager, ensure succession planning and career growth plans are in place for direct reports.
- Promote initiatives/idea‑sharing across client sites; create opportunities for wider collaboration in the account and company.
- Partners with HR for a timely report on people management challenges following the disciplinary / grievance process and drives employee cyclical activities for the facilities team.
