Senior Facilities Inspector
For a UHNWI we are looking for a team to support the building and maintenance of their estate in Chens-sur-Léman. As part of that team we are looking for a Senior Facilities Inspector.
Role
You would be responsible for performing quality assurance procedures to ensure that delivered materials adhere to the clients standards and regulations. Carries out day and night site inspections based on a predefined schedule. Carries out site verifications. Recommends improvement and cost saving initiatives. Coordinates with relevant team in case of emergency Your Skills
Diploma / Associate degree in Mechanical / Electrical Minimum 5 years' experience in both maintenance and construction Proficient in English language both written and oral. French is also preferred. Ability to work on site full-time. Ability to trav...
