JOB DETAILS

1 Develop and maintain secure virtual environments and company IT infrastructure
2 Plan, direct and design the company’s IT infrastructure while simultaneously managing and developing the IT team responsible for maintaining that infrastructure

3 Implement and enhance robust processes and prodecures

4 Ensure all corporate complainces are maintained

5 Develop strategies to evolve the IT infrastructure

6 Maintain Service delivery KPI’s set for the cloud computing team

7 Manage services deliverables and expectations.

8 Drive new initiatives within IT and across the organisation

9 Adhere to all IT policies, procedures & processes and minimize risk mitigation

10 Maintain documentation of all processes, procedures including technical documentation

11 Identify training needs and build a motivated team with improved skills & efficiencies for personal & professional growth.
