Senior Executive, HSEQA

Job Description This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

Responsibilities:
1) Report directly to the HSEQA Manager
2) Develop and implement HSEQA (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) related documents for compliance and to address industry standards
3) Support the HSEQA Team in the Risk Assessment / HAZID workshop for Project HSE requirements
4) Support the HSEQA Team in accident / incident / near miss investigation and nonconformity
5) Maintain vessel and office HSE records for compliance requirement
6) Assist in HSEQA related tender submission
7) Assist in the implementation of the Group Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) initiatives and documentation
8) Develop, implement and maintain project Health, Safety, Security and Environment plan and other project related documents
