Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects.
• Evaluate cost‑effective alternatives and risk factors.
• Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions.
• Represent company in technical‑commercial discussions with clients.
• Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
• Extensive knowledge of aluminium, glass, cladding, and curtain wall pricing.
• Proven track record in preparing winning quotations.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
