Senior ERP Technical Support Engineer

Role overview 5- 9 years of hands-on ERP experience • Strong working knowledge across core modules such as P2P, OTC, Manufacturing, or MRP • Deep understanding of:  Costing and cost roll-ups  Inventory lifecycle  Manufacturing constructs (phantoms, subcontracting, drop ship) Technical Capability • Experience debugging using logs and system behavior • Salesforce platform experience:  Flows (build, optimize, and troubleshoot)  Apex / Visualforce (read, write, optimize, and interpret) • Strong understanding of:  Object-oriented programming  Relational databases and data structures Note: Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong capability in ERP and technical problem-solving, with depth in at least one area and the ability to quickly ramp and operate across both domains What would you do here • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across ERP, platform, and integrations • Analyze system behavior, configuration setup, and debug logs • Drive issues from triage through full resoluti...
