Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop Si Power MOSFET wafer technologies and product features to realize new power devices that meet the performance, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room, analyze available in‑line metrology and electrical test data.
• Ensure process stability, quality of the manufacturing route for the mass‑production release.
• Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support and be in a technical leading role for product portfolio extension (internal/subcon).
• Interact with teams of different time zones incl. remote technology development tasks.
