Lead technical assurance across major capital projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost and qualityShape engineering solutions that balance innovation, resilience and value for moneyChampion a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture, supporting Thames Water’s Triple Zero ambitionCollaborate closely with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical, environmental and regulatory standardsEnsure solutions meet the Project Brief, stakeholder requirements and deliver best Whole Life CostWork within a collaborative environment across engineering, commercial and delivery disciplines, engaging with a wide and diverse supply chain Hybrid working – based at Clearwater Court - Reading, with travel to other sites
