Roles and Responsibilities: leading major incident management calls from technical perspective. Ability to work with business stakeholders, other Engineers, Iteration Managers, Architect, Security team. Liaising and working with Professional Services Engineers and Solutions Architects around client projects and deployments.
Keeping detailed knowledge of the clients environment(s) by maintaining and updating relevant documentation such as Network Diagrams, Configuration Databases along with process and procedural documentation Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.
