• Lead the technical direction of a Dynamics 365 CRM platform — improving the codebase, driving better ways of working, and shaping the roadmap alongside engaged executive and engineering leadership
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise APIs and broader systems that connect into 365, working across finance, identity and data platforms in a regulated insurance environment
• Coach and develop two junior developers day to day, within a highly collaborative team culture set from the CIO down — fast-paced, clear in direction, and genuinely supportive of its people
