Strand is seeking an individual who is passionate about real estate and has a strong desire to be a part of a growing organization that is creating a legacy of successful projects in urban environments across North America.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enthusiasm and genuine passion for Real Estate and Development;
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a development related discipline;
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of success in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects;
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Vancouver and British Columbia, including zoning regulations, land use policies, and development processes;
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, proformas, investment analysis, and project valuation;
