Senior Developer - MongoDB

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in MongoDB engineering within large-scale, regulated banking or financial services environments, typically with 10+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Proven capability delivering Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives including legacy modernization, Oracle-to-MongoDB migrations, cloud and platform transformations, and NoSQL re-architecture programmer.
• Strong Run-the-Bank (RTB) experience supporting mission-critical applications, including performance tuning, production stability, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and resilience improvements.
• Expert knowledge of MongoDB data modelling, NoSQL design patterns, indexing strategies, query optimization, replication, and high-availability configurations.
• Hands‑on experience integrating MongoDB with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices‑based architectures across both new implementations and existing enterprise platforms.
