Senior Design Engineer

About The Role

Seqera is a company full of people who know the value of good design. We’re looking for a Product Designer with a proven track record of designing delightful experiences for technical users. You’ll work across Seqera Platform and AI—identifying new opportunities, designing concepts, defining and communicating a vision, developing prototypes, and building toward our product goals.

While this position reports to the VP of Product, you’ll collaborate across the company with colleagues in Design, Product, and Engineering. You’ll join a growing design team with the opportunity to shape our design system, influence product strategy, and grow your career alongside a team that’s tackling some of the most complex UX challenges in enterprise bioinformatics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving hard problems for technical users, operates well in ambiguity, and is hungry to build great products in a fast‑paced startup environment.
