About the Role We are looking for a Senior Counselor – UG Premium Counseling who will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, personalized counselling services to undergraduate aspirants targeting top global universities. This is a client-facing, outcome-driven role requiring deep expertise in undergraduate admissions, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently handle high-value student portfolios The charter for this role will include: Own end-to-end premium counselling for undergraduate students aspiring to study abroad (US, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.) Conduct in-depth profile evaluations and craft personalized admissions strategies Guide students on: -Academic and extracurricular profile building -College shortlisting and application strategy -Essays, SOPs, LORs, and application narratives Drive admissions outcomes by ensuring quality, timeliness, and strategic rigor Manage a portfolio of high-intent, premium clients with strong service ownership M...
