Directly supervises 5-7 employees in the Accounting department, including a combination of exempt and non-exempt employees, and also manages the relationship with any contracted support staff.Collaborates with executive leadership to create and establish major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the company.Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and identify opportunities to improve financial performance through modifications to existing corporate programs.Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.Provides management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its vari...
