Contract Drafting and Expertise
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in FIDIC 1999 and able to draft complete contract agreements, including detailed conditions, annexes and various forms such as warranty and bank guarantee forms.
Negotiation and Risk Assessment
The role requires the ability to review and negotiate the terms and conditions of main contracts with clients and consultants, as well as subcontracts with subcontractors.
The candidate must be skilled at identifying and addressing hidden contractual gaps, ambiguities and risks.
Contractual Writing
The person in this position must be highly skilled in contractual writing and investigations.
They should be able to create strong responses to contractual letters, notifications, variations, and claims from different project stakeholders.
