Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor, Edinburgh

This firm is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to join its technology and commercial team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm. The ideal candidate should have between 4 – 7 years’ pqe and have experience in technology, commercial contracts, non-contentious IP, and privacy. You will work on a range of technology, commercial contracts and advisory work including the following; enterprise cloud agreements, IT outsource, digital transformation and software licensing agreements, and web/mobile contracts; IP agreements including sponsorship, licensing and agreements to transfer and protect IP; and privacy work such as GDPR advisory and projects.
