Apt Resources is seeking experienced and driven Senior Collection Agents to join our clients esteemed team. In this pivotal role you will lead efforts to collect outstanding debts manage customer accounts and develop effective strategies to improve collections while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and shaping the success of the collections department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers on overdue accounts through calls emails or correspondence.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes effectively.
• Review and analyze delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of communications and transactions with clients.
