Senior Citrix Engineer

Reporting to the Cloud Engineering Operating Systems Operations Manager, you play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and evolving the Citrix and virtual desktop services delivered to internal and external customers globally from the 24x7 Global Operations Centre. You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with global engineering, network, security, and application teams to deliver to our internal and external customers around the globe as part of our 24X7 Global Operations Centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Position Summary

The Senior Citrix Engineer is responsible for ensuring Citrix services remain highly available, secure, cost-effective, and performant in line with architectural design and SLAs. This role is required to administer, support, and maintain our global hosting platform working autonomously and collaboratively with our local and global team members.
