Senior Business Analyst Salesforce

We're looking for an experienced business analyst with Salesforce expertise to help define, document, and improve business processes and system functionality. You'll work with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, model workflows, and support the delivery of new system features, enhancements, and fixes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, and capture requirements for new solutions.
