Senior Backend Engineer

You will architect and scale the backend that powers an AI first CRM. That means designing agentic systems that reason over millions of CRM records, RAG pipelines that surface the right market intelligence at the right moment: dispatching real humans to real bars in real time. What You'll Build

• Core services in Node.js and TypeScript (Fastify, NestJS, or similar), deployed on AWS or GCP
• The audio transcription and CRM automation pipeline: capture, transcribe (Whisper, Deepgram), structure, sync, and trigger downstream actions
• Webhooks, event buses, and integrations with distributor systems (SevenFifty, VIP, RNDC, Southern)

Must Have

• 6+ years of production backend experience, with at least 3 in Node.js and TypeScript
