Senior Associate Relations: HR Case & People Partner

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Associate in Associate Relations to assist the Principal HR Specialist. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising HR Coordinators, and providing functional support in Associate Relations.

The ideal candidate has a college degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including supervision. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and excellent communication skills are required.

This position is based in Alabang, with night and mid-shift schedules available.
