Senior Associate

A boutique transaction advisory firm focused exclusively on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support for private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic acquirers. The team is known for senior-level engagement, practical judgment, and clear, decision-useful insights.

Senior Associates play a key execution role on transaction engagements, working closely with Managers and Directors. This position provides hands-on exposure to private equity clients, management teams, and deal-critical financial analysis.
