Senior Assembly Process Engineer, CIP & OEE Optimizer

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a professional to plan assembly processes in Bayan Lepas, aiming for manufacturing efficiency and cost optimization. You will coordinate with project teams and support RFQ calculations while defining equipment specifications and maintenance strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in assembly processes, particularly Line setup and PFMEA. You will emphasize teamwork and strive for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
