Project Coordination role:
- Assist Project Architect in project management including but not limited to monitoring of project schedules, meetings and site inspections
- Check tenders and construction drawings for accuracy
- Contract administration
- Handle project completion activities and handing over
- Ensure submission drawing comply with authority requirements
- Handle Corenet X submission and any other authority submissions
- Familiar with planning and obtaining TOP/CSC from BCA and Technical Departments
- Prepare and manage internal work schedule for modelers
- Attend coordination meeting with internal and external parties
- Diploma from local Polytechnic in Architectural Technology or Degree in Construction Management
