Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Lead architectural planning from concept design to project completion
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities
- Handle authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards
- Resolve design and technical issues during construction
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and drafting teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Dubai Municipality Unlimited License (mandatory)
