Vacancy Description
We are looking for a Senior Architect for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: ASAP
Project Duration: 3 years
Location: Dubai UAE
Qualification and Experience required
- At least 10 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years on Airport projects.
- Barch / March Degree or equivalent
- Experience of leading teams or projects
- Experience of designing a large-scale project from beginning to completion.
- UAE/ Society of Engineers membership (meeting the criteria for Abu Dhabi Licence is a must)
- International Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) and Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP or equivalent) are preferred
- Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements
- Full knowledge of International Codes and Standards, regulations and submission requirements
- Developed knowledge of Fire & Life Safety ...
