Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of IFRS for SME's
- Working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Greatsoft and Xero
- Proficient in CaseWare working papers
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize duties
- Team management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) (English and Afrikaans)
- Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Accountant with SAIPA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set appropriate standards and create a positive work climate
- Provide coaching and/or training to improve performance
