Job Description:
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage financial reporting and ensure IFRS compliance across the group
- Oversee full accounting function including AP, AR, GL, and payroll
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, PAYE, and tax requirements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Lead year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 35 years experience in a senior accounting role
- Strong experience in a multi-entity or group environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and South African tax regulations
