Senior Accountant (Audit)

Our client, a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Cork , is seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Senior to support ongoing growth. The successful Audit Senior will be working with a varied client portfolio across multiple industries, and gain exposure to high-quality audit work and benefit from genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and completion of client audit files and financial statements (from start to finish) to a high professional standard, within budget and time deadlines, both internal and statutory.
• Drafting financial reports as required by client assignment.
• Training junior staff in all technical aspects of accounts preparation and auditing, whilst leading them on client assignments.
