Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

•  What You’ll Be Doing
•  Lead, manage and support Security Officers on shift 
•  Create and manage staff rotas (holiday/sickness cover) 
•  Oversee incident reporting and site documentation 
•  Monitor performance, conduct 1:1s, coaching & investigations 
•  Maintain CCTV, access control & alarm systems 
•  Report faults and ensure all systems are fully operational 
•  Deliver training and support ongoing staff development  
•  Act as main point of contact for all security-related issues  
• Promote team engagement, recognition & high standards
