We are hiring Security Dispatchers for a professional security operations support office.

Our client operates a security team in Australia, and we are setting up a dispatch office to support daily communication, reporting, monitoring, and coordination between guards and the operations team.

Position: Security Dispatcher

Location: Lahore

Shift: 8 hours per day

Days off: 1 day off per week

Openings: 5 to 6 positions

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with on-ground security guards in a professional and timely manner

Monitor assigned operational updates, incidents, shift activity, and guard check-ins

Record call logs, reports, attendance updates, and operational notes accurately

Escalate urgent matters to supervisors or management as per the company process
