As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary-Design & Procurement to support day-to-day operational, administrative, and financial coordination activities within a fast-paced corporate and technical environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, timely invoice and payment coordination, procurement support, executive administration, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, procurement, HR, and technical teams.
