SEAP MICE Project Manager

Purpose of the position

Lead the transformation of Club Med’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) business in Southeast Asia Pacific (SEAP). Translate vision into high‑impact strategies that combine innovation, operational excellence, and commercial growth — empowering markets to exceed their budget ambitions.

Operational missions

Mission 1: Sales processes & tools

• Optimize the full MICE sales workflow (pre-sales, event days, post-sales) for efficiency and impact.
• Champion Salesforce adoption and reporting across SEAP commercial teams.
• Align regional plans with marketing strategy and market KPIs; ensure quarterly APAC alignment.
• Support commercial teams in high-value opportunities — client meetings, negotiations, site inspections.
• Represent SEAP with corporate teams to ensure seamless rollout of initiatives.
