OVERVIEW

Supports multiple cross-functional Agile software development teams by analyzing business and technical requirements, evaluating system workflows, and facilitating the implementation of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP). Collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional user stories, system specifications, and workflow improvements. Promotes collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement while ensuring system development activities comply with organizational technology standards and business objectives. Communicates and documents system progress, technical dependencies, and potential impediments to maintain visibility across stakeholders.
