What You’ll Do
:
Be an empowering leader and enable your teams to be highly functioning, self-organizing, and continuously improving Facilitate key agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and other stakeholders to define sprint goals, refine backlogs, and deliver on roadmaps Identify and remove blockers or obstacles that impact team productivity and delivery Oversee and manage program releases and implementations Foster transparency and collaboration across teams and stakeholders Support agile adoption and coach team members on Scrum practices and principles Track and report team progress through agile metrics and tools, and use data to drive continuous improvement Create a safe and inclusive team environment, encouraging experimentation, innovation, and open feedback
