Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for GTEP services to Payments & Information Security
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, and Executive teams
• Provide guidance to IT professionals aligned with bank strategies
• Ensure system availability and off-hours support as needed
• Communicate IT issues proactively to business stakeholders
