What Are The Roles And Responsibilities

• Develops flexible packaging products for new products or existing products with new packaging requirements
• Builds product prototype, conducts trials & evaluates results
• Attends to customer complaints and provides root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Troubleshoots, identifies root cause and provides solutions on in-process production problems during packaging
• Performs accreditation on new raw material suppliers
