Key Accountabilities Inventory
- Help to check and maintain inventory management with guidance and supervision of the Shop assistant
- Help to order and replenish items according to the approved quantity
- Help to ensure sufficient supply across school for examination papers, markers, marker refills, white board erasers and refills etc. Compulsory teaching and learning resources
- Conduct stock take in the Storeroom and school shop during term breaks and reconcile the difference and provide a report
- Ensure inventory and information in Shopify and Synergetic has been updated in a timely manner
- Provide best quality of online service experience to customers
- Maintain and update online shop items information and categories
- Check Shopify online shop for new orders, print order list, gather the items, and send notification for parents to pick up
